Remote Support : ITSS  uses a product called Supremo. It provides remote control over an Internet connection, is exceptionally easy to use. It is highly secure, in that the on-line remote session is only granted by your permission

ITSS applications require some Run-Time Components . Normally they are delivered with the application , but may some-times need to be re-installed .

Applications using Sql Server require either the SQl Server Client for x86 or SQl Server Client for x64 client to be installed
